Association of Rajarata Information & Communication Technology (ARICT) is the internal society of the Information Technology enthusiasts of RUSL. It is afflicted with the Faculty of Applied Sciences of Rajarata University of Sri Lanka. ARICT actively carry out their work within the university and even with external parties like industrial companies with the aim of,
- Uplifting the knowledge ARICT members on the field of Information & Communication Technology and make them aware of the industrial trends.
- Organizing training programs and workshops in the university with academic & industrial experts.
- Providing the ARICT members a platform to develop their technical skills as well as the soft skills.

ARICT membership is open for the university undergraduates and the academia who has an interest in the field of Information & Communication Technology.
What We Do?
ARICT is organizing “Techy” regular technical meet-ups in the university to enhance the knowledge of its members. As a student society, ARICT has widen its network within the IT industry of Sri Lanka & currently organizing workshops & training sessions on various IT related topics affiliating with corporate professionals.
Seminar for the Advanced Level students who are following the ICT subject is an annual event organizing by ARICT with the aim of empowering the Sri Lankan youth with IT literacy.
