The Department of Chemical Sciences is calling applications for consideration of selection for Honors degree in Chemistry
The application deadline is 21st December, 2021.
The selection is based on a minimum GPA of 3.00 for Chemistry compulsory courses at the end of the 3rd semester. Nevertheless, due to the prevailing situation, you do not have the complete 3rd Semester results. The maximum allowable D grades have been reduced to four credits. As stated in the Handbook, you should not have any E grades to be eligible for applying. You should have obtained at least C grades for all IDC and FDN courses completed. IMPORTANT: These conditions are temporary arrangements and are applicable only for the current academic year.

You are required to email the duly completed application along with an updated CV to chem@as.rjt.ac.lk.
The application should include a statement expressing your motivation to follow a Special/ Honors Degree program.
