Requests for Students’ Request Committee
The students are instructed to submit their requests to the Students’ request committee through the google platform.
The link to access the form is available in the faculty website.
The requests should include all the required information before submitting the application form.
The requests related to course matters should include the consent of lecturers in charge and the academic advisor as well as the updated results sheet or a screenshot of the EIS profile or any other related documents suggested by the academic advisor of the relevant Department.
Please note that the improperly filled requests will not be considered.
