BSc (Joint Major) Degree in Physics & Biology
Students who wish to follow the above Degree program are requested to email a self-prepared application along with an updated CV to physicalsc@as.rjt.ac.lk on or before 01st March 2023.
According to your handbook the minimum requirements for applying are;
- A Student should have obtained a minimum GPA of 3.0 for the courses offered during the first three semesters in Chemistry and Physics (including all compulsory courses).
[For B Sc (Joint Major) Degree in Chemistry & Physics] - A Student should have obtained a minimum GPA of 3.0 for the courses offered during the first three semesters in Physics and Biology OR Physics, Botany and Zoology (including all compulsory courses).
[For B Sc (Joint Major) Degree in Physics & Biology] - The best 45 credits accumulated during the first three semesters should not include more than 6 credits with D grades and any credit with an E grade.
- All prescribed FDN courses must be completed at least with a minimum of C grade.
Your application should include, in addition to your personal information, grades earned for all courses in the first three semesters with the courses that are pending results, GPA for the first two semesters and a statement expressing your motivation to follow a joint major degree in Chemistry and Physics and joint major degree in Physics and Biology.
